How to integrate GetResponse with Shoper?

You can easily connect your Shoper store with GetResponse in order to add contacts, products, and ecommerce data. Use the data from your store to finish abandoned orders, promote your products, increase sales and even send product recommendations based on the purchase history.

The integration is compatible with all Shoper versions, except Shoper Storefront.

Plugin setup

  1. In the section Dodatki i integracje > Aplikacje in Shoper find the GetResponse plugin.

  2. Press the Zainstaluj aplikację button.

  3. Check the required consent field and click Instaluj.

  4. Move onto Dodatki i integracje > Moje aplikacje > GetResponse.

  5. Click the Konfiguracja button.

  6. You will see an overview of how to connect your store with GetResponse. Open a new tab in your browser and log into your GetResponse account.

Connection and configuration

  1. In your GetResponse account, go to Tools > Integrations and API.
  2. Hover your mouse over Shoper on the list of integrations and press Details.



  3. Click Connect



  4. Go back to your administrator panel in Shoper, copy the Access token and paste it in GetResponse.



  5. Press Connect.
  6. In the Manage integration tab, hover over the Action menu (3 dots) next to your Shoper store and choose Configure.



  7. Choose Import type.



    • Send full ecommerce data (recommended)
      Imports contacts to your list, products to your store (available in Ecommerce Tools), and order history.
    • Import contacts only
      Adds your Shoper contacts to your list in GetResponse.

  8. In the Import settings section, select the GetResponse list to which you want to add contacts from Shoper.



    Click More options to decide whether to import all customers or only customers who have agreed to receive marketing through email.

  9. In the Plugin details section, you can turn on GetResponse Web Connect. This code is essential for real-time synchronization and allows you to create automation workflows based on visiting specific URLs, cart abandonment, or purchases.



  10. Click Proceed to custom field mapping to assign custom fields from Shoper to their equivalents in GetResponse.


  11. After mapping all the fields you want to import, press the Import button.
